General
Distribute materiel to be handled onto conveyer belt through proper assistant material mechanism, such as star type material divider, swing belt, crusher or granulator, the conveyer belt passing through the paths made of one or several heating units, each unit being equipped with air heating circulatory system, and each path having one or several moisture discharge systems; while the conveyer belt passes, hot air gets through these materiel on the conveyer belt from above to below or from below to above, so that these materiel can be uniformly dried.
Characteristics
Air amount,heating temperature,materiel retention time and material feeding speed can be adjusted to attain optimal drying effect.
Flexible equipment setting up, the net strip flushing system and materiel cooling system can be used.
Circulating utilization for a majority of air greatly saves energy source.
Unique air distribution device makes hot air distribution more uniform, to ensure the conformance of product quality.
Heat source can be fitted with steam, conducting heat oil , electricity, or heating air furnace by burning coal (oil) .
